Corporate Event - Tech

Ibiza was the meeting point for InXpress’ international corporate event, bringing together participants from various European countries in a program that combined training, networking, and exclusive celebrations.

Up to five different spaces were used:

• A school-style plenary room in a chevron layout for 120 pax, equipped with a custom LED screen.

• Breakout rooms in U-shape format with flipcharts.

• Coffee breaks served in an outdoor area with sea views.

• A finger food lunch designed to encourage informal networking.

The second day featured a sunset barbecue, followed by a spectacular gala dinner on the outdoor terrace with stage and LED screen. During the gala, an awards ceremony was held with cold fireworks, and the evening continued with an exclusive open bar in the ‘Funky Room,’ lasting until 2 AM.

A perfect combination of work, recognition, and leisure that left a lasting impression on all attendees, reinforcing Ibiza’s position as a destination capable of delivering complete and unforgettable corporate experiences.
