Ibiza strengthened its position as an international hub for the MICE sector by hosting M&I, one of the world’s leading events for industry professionals.

For this edition, the Hotel Torre del Mar was booked in its entirety (buy-out), allowing every detail of the spaces and services to be tailored to the event’s identity and specific needs.

The program took place in two spacious meeting rooms of 495 m² and 240 m², where intensive one-to-one meeting sessions were held. Networking activities extended to key locations around the island, giving attendees the opportunity to experience the destination while doing business.

Ambience played a key role: the hotel’s RGB LED lighting was customized to match the event’s corporate colors, creating a cohesive and immersive visual experience.

One of the most memorable moments was the finger food cocktail for more than 250 guests in the hotel gardens, styled with a gala atmosphere. The experience was complemented by seaside coffee breaks at La Plage and buffet lunches at the Panoramic Restaurant, with stunning views.

This event is a clear example of how Ibiza offers the infrastructure, setting, and versatility needed to successfully host the most demanding MICE gatherings in the international market.
